Owner Robert Mapes is a USGTF Professional Teaching Pro, a Professional ClubFitter and Club Builder.   Robert has over 4 decades of experience and is the proud owner of GolfStx a golf club fitting center.  As a teacher, Robert understands that you can’t teach around ill-fitting clubs and most golfers are playing ill-fitting clubs.  His commitment to helping every golfer play their best starts with a fitting to determine the correct club makeup for each golfer.  Once fit properly, then Robert can actually help golfers get their swing into their “groove” and actually improve their games and play their best.

State-of-the-art launch monitors and analyzers are utilized at Golfstx including a SkyTrack and Trackman.  Robert also carries a full line of KZG demos so that you can test and compare the performance of the clubs recommended by Robert against your current bag.  And of course, distance and tighter dispersions will be achieved when you are custom fit to the ideal clubs for your unique swing.
