The Grande Dunes Golf Performance Center in Myrtle Beach is the premier venue for both lessons and clubfitting.  Director Dale Ketola, PGA teaching professional and Master ClubFitter, is dedicated to helping every golfer play their very best.  The Center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including Flightscope, V1 swing analysis, and a FocusBand that can sense your state of mind when hitting the ball.

Golf is in Dale’s blood.  He started playing with a flea market #7 iron when he was only 7 years old.  He and his brother hit that club from sun-up to sun-down every day for years…in the backyard, the front yard, down the street and in the woods.  They played 40 to 50 holes a day as Junior Members of a local course.    No surprise that Dale became a four-time All State performer, played college golf at Coastal Carolina U and became a two time All-Big South winner and twice made the All-Academic Team.   Who better to help your game than someone like Dale who has a great game.

Dale turned his passion into his profession and is totally dedicated to helping every golfer play their best.   He starts with giving a golfer an assessment of their swing and their equipment.  Dale reports that “over 90% of all golfers are playing clubs not properly fit and the quickest way to lower their handicap is to get clubs designed for their unique swing … so my initial focus is to learn about your game first and then utilize advanced technology and exacting standards to make sure your clubs improve your game”.

Dale and his staff are also available for private lessons as well as clinics and playing lessons at the beautiful Grande Dunes course with 7 of its holes along the Intracoastal Waterway … PGA rated as “one of the great golf clubs in the world”.
