Nick Valiquette, CPGA, and Cooper Brown, CPGA, have joined forces with veteran Kurtis Sweeting, CPGA, to open Sweeting Golf, a state-of-the-art studio to service golfers in the Peterborough and outlying areas. All Three Pros are passionate about golf and their goal is to help every golfer play their very best and enjoy their game to the fullest.
Nick at age 15 was playing 36 holes of golf every day. No surprise that he became a Junior champ and made the GAO Team for Ottawa before turning professional. Kurtis has been a coach and teaching professional for over 18 years. and is still the Head Pro at the Peterborough Golf Club. Both professionals have earned outstanding reputations in the area for coaching, teaching, fitting and building. Cooper has joined the group and his focus is on lessons.
All three pros are unanimous: lessons are a waste of time and money if the golfer is playing ill-fitting clubs.
